Matteah Spencer Reppart
Founder and Principal Consultant
As a coach and facilitator, Matteah guides her clients through a journey of exploration and evolution, helping them to align their perspectives, relationships, and actions with their core values and purpose. With a grounded presence and a reflective approach, she creates space for meaningful transformation and deep insight.
Matteah’s extensive experience spans collaboration with front-line staff and executives across diverse sectors, including nonprofits, healthcare systems, advocacy organizations, collective impact initiatives, educational institutions, and philanthropy. She has supported leaders in cultivating greater self-awareness and clarity, facilitated team retreats, coached organizations through culture change, and guided them in defining their vision, mission, and values. Additionally, she has advised on the development of advocacy strategies and policy agendas and facilitated strategic planning, learning, and evaluative work across varied contexts. Beyond her independent practice, Matteah serves as a Practice Partner Coach with the Equitable Evaluation Initiative.
Kurt Reppart
Principal Consultant
Kurt is passionate about supporting his clients in working, leading, and living from a place of empathy, connection, and wholeness. As a connector, he helps leaders and organizations access internal and external resources they need to thrive.
With over two decades of leadership experience across the nonprofit and public sectors, Kurt has served as an Executive Director, elected official, and board member. His expertise includes coalition building, navigating organizational transitions, fostering staff development and wellness, and addressing racial equity within organizations. His deep understanding of local municipal government, organizational conflict, and inclusion strategies equips him to guide clients through complex challenges.
Since joining Proponents, Kurt has supported leadership and team wellness, served as an Interim Executive Director, and advised organizations on diversifying fund development strategies for long-term sustainability. He has played a pivotal role in shifting public resources to achieve more equitable outcomes.
